In this role, you are responsible for data extraction, modeling, analyses, and reporting to support Medicare Part D Marketing Clients and operations.

This position will assist in developing strategic recommendations for program roll-outs and evolutions based on data and financial analysis. This person will have a high degree of individual responsibility and will be expected to become the data expert, develop analysis independently and drive analysis to strategic recommendations. In addition, this position will also support the ongoing execution and improvement of direct to consumer product programs and create necessary recurring reports and mail lists.

Independently, and in coordination with other team members, carry out projects involving data mining, analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns, enrollment, disenrollment using statistical programming and databases. Design and build queries, analysis and reporting projects from scratch, using several different programming tools and languages. Design and build complex business intelligence forecasting models.

Format results into clean visual presentations that focus on actionable business intelligence, and into required data formats to support clients and operational project needs in direct mail, enrollment and disenrollment forecasting, competitive comparisons, tied to member behavior, ad hoc analysis and reporting to support recurring marketing and marketing research. Develop hypotheses for testing, design analytics for test and control direct to consumer marketing campaigns, and analyze results.

Develop key insights to evolve learnings and enhance program economics. Develop presentations to communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders, illustrate key insights and influence decision makers.
Develop and provide analysis to identify strategic trends and actionable customer insights based on a clear understanding of business objectives.

Continuously recommend new and better ways to use customer data to improve business.

Required Qualifications
*5 or more years experience in data extraction (SQL/SAS "R"), analysis and modeling required.
*Previous experience problem solving in a highly analytical environment analyzing small to large data sets.
*Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau and PowerPoint.
*Ability to clearly communicate analytical needs and results. Must have ability and experience in identifying implications of the analyses, determining impact on strategy and recommending a course of action.

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience assisting with designing and analyzing direct to consumer marketing/mail/digital/programs strongly preferred. *Understanding of Medicare drug plans *Understanding of PBM economic drivers (costs, profitability drivers, industry dynamics)

*Bachelor's Degree required. Masters degree preferred. Will consider combination of years of relevant work experience.
