As a Anthem Network Directory Reporting Advisor you will be overseeing the successful development of pharmacy directory and network reporting solutions for Anthem. To be successful in this role, You must be able to work with both internal CVS Health and external Anthem colleagues to gather requirements, develop layouts, provide analysis, and ensure Anthem’s reporting needs are satisfied from both a contractual and regulatory standpoint. The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate with both business and technical audiences is a must.

You should be able to strategize, design, lead, coordinate development efforts and be accountable for project deliverables and timelines between the Network Directory team and Anthem.

You will be responsible for quality assurance reviews of applications and post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications
* 5 years experience in Healthcare Administration or client services
* 5 years experience with Data File creation and manipulation

Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* 5 years experience in writing business requirements or project management is preferred.
* 5 years experience using Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, and MS Access is recommended.
* An ideal candidate will possess -
Strong verbal and written communication skills with focus on translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business requirements to technical audiences.
Be adept at working with end users to develop requirements and ensure an accurate final product.
Must possess the ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
