INNOVIM, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our team in delivering IT services through NASA Professional Administrative Computational and Engineering Services (PACE) that will enable Glenn Research Center to advance the agency's missions in aeronautics and space exploration. This individual will work under very broad supervision in providing management and technical direction to program personnel and will regularly exercise independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative and managerial problems. The Program Manager will work as the single contract manager, and will be responsible for communicating progress to INNOVIM Corporate management and customers, and will be expected to support INNOVIM Corporate management in identifying and developing strategies for future requirements.Functional responsibilities of the Program Manager include:- Represent INNOVIM as the authorized liaison to the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives;- Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review and address work discrepancies, supervise the work of, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to contractor personnel;- Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program;- Maintain responsibility for overall contract performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial), and will not serve in any other capacity under this contract.Requirements- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technically related discipline. - Requires 15 years of related experience including information systems design and/or management, five (5) of which being specialized experience. Specialized experience includes: project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
